Women's Refuge provides the support and information you need when you are dealing with violence in your life. They won't judge you, and they won't tell you what to do – they’ll listen and help you make choices for your safety. The 0800 Family Violence Information Line (0800 456 450) provides self-help information and connects people to services where appropriate. It is available seven days a week, from 9am to 11pm, with an after-hours message redirecting callers in the case of an emergency.
