Next steps in the 17 Year Data Collection Wave

Taking part in the 17 Year Data Collection wave is easy.  

• Please review the participant information sheets before you each complete your questionnaire.
• You can access the 17 Year Data Collection Wave consents and questionnaires through the HOME portal or via the links emailed to you.
• We will also be actively reaching out to you if you have not started or have partially completed the questionnaires to see how we can help.
• To show our appreciation for completing your questionnaires, both you and your young person will recieve a voucher.  You will be able to access vouchers through the HOME portal or via an online link emailed to you.
• Our team is here to help. If you would like support-in-person or over the phone, please get in touch with us so we can set a date and time with you.
