You will each be asked questions about your young person’s health, mental wellbeing, engagement with school and family, work and life in New Zealand.

How to take part and what you can expect

As with other parts of the study, the information that you share will provide valuable insights for researchers and decision-makers to improve the lives of all young people in Aotearoa New Zealand.

• You can access the 17 Year Data Collection Wave questionnaires through the HOME portal or via the links you will have been emailed.
• Our team is here to help. If you would like support-in-person or over the phone, please get in touch with us so we can set a date and time with you.
• We will also be actively reaching out to you if you have not started or have partially completed the questionnaires to see how we can help.
• Please review the Participant Information Sheets before you each complete your questionnaire.
• To show our appreciation for completing your questionnaires, both you and your young person will recieve a voucher.  Once you have completed your questionnaires you will be able to access your voucher through the HOME portal.  Contact details.
