Now We Are 15 - Snapshot 1 Experiences at school
This webinar will explore the educational experiences of young people at 15 years of age, including, school satisfaction, academic buoyancy and concepts of achievement. Researchers will discuss how these experiences are shaped by factors such as, cultural connectedness, discrimination, and material hardship. The Now We Are Fifteen Education Snapshot aims to inform policy decisions that address these educational outcomes.

Now We are 15 - Snapshot 2 - Mental Health and Wellbeing
Adolescence is a critical developmental stage marked by rapid physical, social, and emotional changes. In this webinar, researchers will share how factors such as material hardship, discrimination, access to supportive services, and the quality of school and surrounding environments influence adolescent mental health and wellbeing outcomes.

Provides the first contemporary study of material hardship in New Zealand, from birth to early adolescence.Provides insight into young people's housing quality and residential mobility.

Explores young people's self-reported experiences of depressive and anxiety symptoms and factors that may influence these conditions from age 8 to 12. Explores who was most worried about the COVID-19 pandemic and how this relates to young people's wellbeing.
